Kathryn is passionate about helping women cope with high stress, anxiety, burnout, and feeling overwhelmed. She has specialty training in anxiety, women's health (including pregnancy and perimenopause), grief and loss, and working with professionals in the helping field. She has been helping families manage through a family medical crisis. After being a Family Caregiver, she understands the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual fatigue. A therapist since 2001, she has worked with over a thousand families to cope, grow stronger and find tranquility.
Kathryn uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology to restore energy, build strength and gain hope. She is a Christian Catholic and believes her faith has been the foundation of her resilience. She is also Perinatal Mental Health Certified and a Certified Health Coach.
Kathryn Gardner lives in the Tampa area with her husband and 2 kids. She enjoys baking, reading and mint chocolate chip ice cream. Her happy place is the beach!
